How to apply for opening a fixed account through Jilin Bank’s mobile banking

On the Bank Account - Apply for Fixed Account page, you need to sign the "Instructions for Online Opening of Fixed Accounts for Individual Customers of Bank of China Electronic Banking" before opening an account, click Accept, select the bound debit card and click Next In the first step, choose to open a regular All-in-one account. Only one account can be opened at a time. Click Next and enter the password for the authentication tool. After clicking Confirm, the page shows that the application is successful. The system will also send an account opening notification text message to your mobile phone number retained by Jilin Bank (online banking channel only)
