written test:

The written test was held in the school teaching hall on October 11th. The product and research and development were carried out at the same time, and there were many large classrooms. It seems that some people are Guan Peisheng who voted, and their resumes failed. It is recommended to write a written test for products or R&D positions.

all product positions use a set of questions, including project manager, product manager, product operation and so on. The questions are selected and answered briefly. The multiple-choice questions contain information about JD.COM's business, such as the existing payment methods and distribution methods, as well as information about Internet products. It's been too long, I don't remember, and students who have written can add it. There is also the question of taking a test. Students who are ready to find a job must be prepared. The big topic involves personal experience, what is the proudest thing in school, and what are the similarities with the various stages of product development (the original title has also been forgotten). There is an additional question about how to introduce JD.COM to my eight-year-old nephew.

initial interview:

I was informed of the interview more than a week after the written test. There may be ten interviewers in a classroom. It's one-sided. I like this one. I always feel that group faces are often nonsense. I met a young girl with black-rimmed glasses. She should be a PM.

The interview mainly focuses on your resume, talking about your past experiences and what you did in the club. Just try to lean on the position you are applying for. Students who have no internship experience can recall anything they have done before and what they can say in combination with the position. I also took the initiative to mention that I had been to Taiwan Province for communication and participated in writing a book, which was also sold in JD.COM. She also wrote it down and said to go back and have a look.

Then she gave me a question about how to promote the business of air tickets and hotels in JD.COM. Because where to go in front of it, I am prepared for this. Gave me a pen to write and draw on paper. I thought about it and said some ideas, such as microblog promotion and so on. She said that my ideas can be "grounded" but not enough, and she also put forward some ideas about this, mainly to make the characteristics of JD.COM (for example, you can buy things safely, and air tickets+hotels can also feature this feature). After answering this question, I entered a relatively comfortable communication stage, and I was still relatively relaxed. She said that I feel that I have a good personality and I won't have conflicts with my colleagues at work, so I don't have to ask me what to do if I need to compete for resources.

Finally, ask the interviewer a question. I ask you how long you have been in JD.COM, and what places in JD.COM make you feel worthwhile to stay here. Her answer was very good. First, it was a very broad answer, and then there were concrete examples. It is estimated that she was thinking while answering. Two sides:

On the one hand, I was informed at about 1 o'clock that evening to go to a hotel at a distance from the school on the second side of the next afternoon. Before, I made up a lot of basic interview questions (thanks to my experienced sister) and my understanding of JD.COM, and wrote many pieces of paper. Students with average qualifications like me must put their ideas on the pen, write them out and modify them, and then chew them again, which is very good for them.

There were a lot of people at the interview site, and they added a WeChat group around the staff. At that time, there should be about 1 people, saying that all notices were said in the group. After waiting for my turn for a long time, as a man in his thirties, the first question I asked revolved around my previous experience in running a WeChat platform. I was a little nervous when I niced the second face. I didn't let it go on the first day. He also encouraged me not to be too nervous. Later, I asked, what would you do if you found that your competitors' recent sales were good and your turnover was not good? Suppose you have unlimited resources, but you should also consider the ratio of input and return. My answer should be a basic answer. He said that I answered much better than my last classmate. Finally, I asked him a question. I said that I still don't know much about what product operation does. He said that more things need to be learned after you join the company.

I thought it was over, so I walked back to school. Walking and praying, and the following. Halfway to the place, the phone rang and the staff called to say that I still have three sides = = embarrassing. So I walked back, HR was meeting someone else, so I waited for a while.

Three sides:

It is the legendary HR side. What do you know about JD.COM (catch-up things are used), your own position, expected salary, work place, whether you have a boyfriend, where his boyfriend works, and why you don't go to Goose Factory. I was not embarrassed, but I was too nervous to let go ... Not perfect, so I was afraid later.

I walked back to school, took off my makeup, and chatted with my friends. The WeChat group that I joined kept ringing, and the students who were interviewed talked about all kinds of things ... Suddenly, one by one, I was kicked out of the group, and then it was my turn, so I cried, okay? I don't know what that means. . . Is this the end? Tell your boyfriend, he said, why don't you go back and ask? I got dressed and went downstairs, and I took a taxi because I was afraid of leaving because I walked slowly. As a result, I caught up with the evening rush hour, but it was even slower ... depressed. When I arrived at the scene, I found that it was still there. Several staff members (students) were chatting with HR inside, and I was waiting outside. When I heard them talking about the WeChat group, it turned out that HR dismissed the group because everyone was talkative, but they couldn't operate it, so they kicked it out one by one. . This scares me. Then I went in and showed my face, saying that I was quite worried and ran back. I really wanted to go to blahblah in JD.COM. HR smiled kindly, saying that there was no need to worry, which had no effect on admission or not, and asked about the date of offering. She said it was early November. Say goodbye and go back to school.

The next day, I received a short message and an email from a personality assessment. Later, I learned that this is for everyone ... Just because I have done this doesn't mean I have an offer.

on October 31st, ten days after the interview, I received a text message saying that I was going through the offer approval process at the group headquarters, and I expected to send an offer within two weeks.
