1. Conditions for applying for transcoding

2. Certification materials required to apply for transcoding

Nucleic acid negative certificate;

Personal identity certificate and contact information;

Personal Henan Screenshots of provincial health code and communication itinerary card within 14 days;

Health code transcoding application form;

Notice of lifting quarantine.

3. Transcoding process

1. People in Wan can entrust their family members and friends to submit the transcoding application materials to their village, and the village will report it to the township for review.
