How to cancel the short message service of cross-regional CCB

1. Counter account cancellation: You need to go to any outlet of CCB for account cancellation with your valid ID and CCB SMS financial service account;

2. SMS cancellation: 1) Send "the last 4 digits of QXZH# account" to 95533 to cancel the SMS service of a single account corresponding to this mobile phone;

2) Send the short message service that QXFW cancels all accounts corresponding to the mobile phone;

Note: If the cancelled subscription account corresponds to multiple subscribed mobile phones, the system will cancel the SMS service corresponding to the designated subscription account according to the mobile phone number that sent the SMS, and will not cancel the SMS service of other mobile phones subscribed to this account.

If the signed account designated for cancellation only corresponds to one signed mobile phone, and the mobile phone only corresponds to one customer, and the customer only has the signed account, the SMS service of the customer will be cancelled directly.

For example, a mobile phone number has registered accounts of two different customers, and the designated account for sending SMS cancellation is the only signed account left by one of the customers. Directly canceling the SMS service of the customer corresponding to this account does not unbind the mobile phone from another account.

3. Telephone banking cancellation: Personal telephone banking customers cancel the SMS banking service through the "95533-8 Other Services -3 SMS Service -2 Cancel Signing" menu in telephone banking (IVR self-service voice system);

4. Cancellation of mobile banking: Individual customers of SMS banking can cancel their accounts or mobile phone numbers through the "CCB SMS" function under "My Service" of mobile banking, or terminate the SMS banking service;

5. Online banking cancellation: Individual customers of SMS banking can cancel SMS banking service through the "channel interactive contract maintenance" function of personal online banking.

6. Opening of Internet site: Individual customers can open SMS service through the Internet site of China Construction Bank (www.ccb.com). Log on to the homepage of the website and select "Enable and Cancel SMS Financial Service" to apply for cancellation.
