Provisions of Guiyang Municipality on Restricting the Tail Number of Foreign License Plates

1. Time limit: 7: 00 to 20: 00 every day.

2. Restricted area: all minibuses within (including) the First Ring Road in Guiyang.

3. Restrictions: minibuses are restricted according to the last Arabic numeral of the motor vehicle number plate.

4. Limiting mantissas: Monday limits mantissas 1 and 6, Tuesday limits mantissas 2 and 7, Wednesday limits mantissas 3 and 8, Thursday limits mantissas 4 and 9 and Friday limits mantissas 5 and 0.

5. Exempted vehicles: Vehicles not subject to the above measures include military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles and other special vehicles, taxis, coaches, new energy vehicles, clean energy vehicles, administrative law enforcement vehicles with unified signs, and special postal vehicles.
