The Marriage Registration Center of the Civil Affairs Bureau is a functional department of the government, which will handle divorce registration as long as it is a normal working day. At the same time, going to the Civil Affairs Bureau for divorce is an agreed divorce, and mainland residents who register for divorce shall issue the following documents and supporting materials:

(1) My household registration book and ID card; (2) my marriage certificate; (3) The divorce agreement signed by both parties. (4) photos of both parties

The divorce agreement shall specify the expression of the will of both parties to divorce voluntarily and the consensus on matters such as child support, property and debt disposal.
