How many text messages can a mobile phone send a day?

In order to prevent the intrusion of spam messages on mobile phone users, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology requires the three major telecom operators in China to limit the number of SMS messages sent by users every day. The specific quantity limit is:

No more than 200 articles per hour on non-holidays and no more than 1000 articles per day;

During the holidays, no more than 500 pieces per hour and no more than 2000 pieces per day.

Supplementary note: More than 10% of the above-mentioned customers are included in the monitoring list, and more than 10% suspend the information function.
