If you don't receive the confirmation information in time, you can also submit the required materials directly to the relevant window. (3) Direct acceptance. The window handling personnel shall make a preliminary check on the submitted materials. If the witnesses are consistent and the materials are complete, they shall print or fill in the Registration Form of the Application Materials for the Settlement of Imported Talents on the spot, keep a copy of the materials and return the originals. After submitting the materials, the applicant does not need to wait at the scene. (4) issue a letter of certification. People's society, education, public security and other departments shall jointly examine the application materials received for settlement. Notify the applicant of the audit results by SMS. If it is approved, the applicant shall confirm the acquisition method of the Immigration Permit Certificate in the business progress query of the system. If you choose to take it yourself, the applicant will go to the window to get the license; If you choose to send it by post, the license will be sent to me by express mail at the recipient's expense. (5) handle the settlement. The applicant shall go through the formalities of emigration in registered permanent residence, where the registered permanent residence is located, and then go through the relevant formalities of settlement at the public security population service management center or police station where the planned settlement is located.

Article 13 of the Regulations on Household Registration: When a citizen moves, he/she or the resident where his/her household registration is located shall, within three days from the date of his/her arrival, submit his/her migration certificate to the household registration authority and submit it for examination.
