Forgot the password of the new business alliance?

The password retrieval of the new business alliance account supports two ways: mailbox retrieval and SMS retrieval. To use the password retrieval function, first of all, you need to bind the account with the mailbox or mobile phone number.

After logging in to the new business alliance, set the bound mobile phone and email address in my new business alliance menu:

After the email or mobile phone is successfully bound, click the Forgot Password button on the homepage of the new business alliance to enter the password retrieval function page:

Users can choose email authentication and SMS authentication for authentication:

After selecting email verification, the system will send a verification email to the mailbox bound to the account, and click the verification link to complete the new password setting:

Click the link in the body of the email.

After SMS verification is selected, the system will send a verification SMS to the mobile phone bound to the account, and enter the received SMS verification code in the page to complete the new password setting.

Fill in the new password and complete password retrieval.

The created user password is valid for three months. When the password has not been modified for three months, a pop-up window will prompt the user to modify it.
