You can register debit card personal account information instant messaging through mobile banking, online banking and outlet counters (I hold valid ID card and Minsheng account). Current charging standard: 2 yuan/month/card/mobile phone number.

1. Mobile Banking: You can call the remote agent through the remote banking menu, or go to Home-My Account-Account Management-Expand More-Instant Messaging; Signing a contract through mobile banking supports up to 5 mobile phone numbers, but does not support signing overseas mobile phone numbers.

3. Business outlets: Please bring your valid ID card and debit card master card (all-in-one and current account with password) to any business outlet of our bank to sign the contract.
