I. The provisions of the State on air ticket refund are as follows:

If you apply for a refund due to passengers, you should pay a refund fee of 10% of the original ticket price 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight. Within 24 hours, 2 hours ago, a refund fee of 20% of the original fare should be paid; Within 2 hours, a refund fee of 30% of the original fare should be paid. If you miss the plane, you should pay a refund fee of 50% of the original ticket price.

Due to the reasons of the carrier or the passenger, the passenger can not complete part or all of the voyage within the validity period of the ticket, and can request a refund within the validity period of the ticket.

Passengers who request a refund shall carry the "flight coupon" and "passenger coupon" of the ticket or the unused part of the ticket with them. Refund can only be handled at the ticket office of the carrier or its sales agent at the place where the ticket is issued, the origin of the flight and the end of the trip.

The fare can only be refunded to the passenger or the payer of the ticket.

Second, the scope of application

(1) Domestic air tickets filled or exchanged with 876 tickets before September12022 (including mileage exchange air tickets);

(3) Change or refund the ticket after 0: 00 on August 25th, 2022.

Third, there are some cases of free refund.

1, some full-price tickets can be refunded free of charge when they are far from the departure time.

2. In case of flight delay, early arrival, cancellation and other abnormal circumstances, involuntary cancellation can be carried out.

3. Passengers buy tickets by mistake, generally because they buy tickets repeatedly or misspell their names. According to the Notice of Civil Aviation Administration on Improving Civil Aviation Ticketing Service, they can refund their tickets free of charge, and the simple "time error" is not within the scope of wrong purchase.

Passengers who can't fly due to illness can get a free refund.

5, due to the epidemic and other reasons, the Civil Aviation Administration or airlines issued a special treatment method, and meet all the conditions of a treatment method, the ticket can be refunded free of charge.
