If you forget that your PIN code can't unlock your laptop, you can unlock it in the following ways:

1. If you forget your PIN and can't enter the password of Microsoft account to enter the system, please follow the following steps to reset your PIN to enter the system.

1. Please confirm that the computer is online in the login interface, and then click "I forgot my PIN" (this interface is Microsoft login interface, not local login interface);

2. Verify your Microsoft account password;

3. If your Microsoft account has a bound mobile phone number, please choose to send a short message to this mobile phone number, and you need to verify the last four digits of your mobile phone number before sending a short message;

4. Enter the verification code received by your bound mobile phone number, and then click "Verify";

5. After the verification is successful, there will be a confirmation prompt to reset the PIN. Please click OK.

6. Then enter a new PIN according to the prompt. After setting, click OK to enter the system, and you can use the newly set PIN to log in to the system.
