What if there is no sound in Redmi 7note7pro?

If your mobile phone and flat speaker are silent, I suggest you:

1. Check whether mute, Do Not Disturb and other modes are turned on, turn off relevant modes and try again;

2. Check whether a Bluetooth headset is connected, turn off Bluetooth or turn off Bluetooth headset and try again;

3. Enter * # * # 6484 # * * in the dial-up interface to enter CIT (hardware detection), and select speaker detection to see if it is normal;

4. Upgrade to the latest MIUI version;

If there is no sound after the above operation, I suggest you go to the after-sales inspection.
