Announcement of Putonghua Proficiency Test for Social Workers in Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai Province in August 2022

(1) According to the existing detection ability and epidemic prevention and control needs of our station, this issue is only for registered personnel in Yushu Prefecture and those who are currently working, living and studying in Yushu Prefecture.

(2) Candidates can only register again after the previous test results are announced.

Second, the registration channels and time

(1) Registration channel: "Online Registration System for National Putonghua Proficiency Test" (Online registration is adopted for the test: https://bm.cltt.org/ recommends using Google Browser to visit).

(2) The online registration process of Putonghua test is as follows: open the online registration website of Putonghua, register with real name → click "I want to register" → select the Putonghua proficiency test station in Qinghai/Yushu Prefecture (test time) → click "Next" → read the registration instructions → fill in the registration information → click "Next" → submit the registration information successfully → pay the fee on site.

(3) Registration and test time: This registration is divided into two batches, each batch is limited to 300 people, until the registration is full.

When the quota is full, it will end early. Please register as soon as possible. If you miss the time or the number of places is full, please pay attention to the follow-up announcement on the pages of "Registration System"-"Help Center"-"Test Site Announcement".

(4) Special reminder: Candidates are advised to enter the "Registration System" in advance, complete registration and personal information improvement, and upload personal photos with white background (pixel 390*567). Please check your name, gender and ID number carefully. If you fill in the form incorrectly, the registration will be invalid and you cannot take the exam.

Fourth, payment

Candidates pay the on-site fee when they report for the exam on the day, and the exam fee is 50 yuan/person.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) achievement and certificate

(1) The test results will be announced about one month after the test. Candidates can enter their names and ID numbers on the "Registration System"-"Results Inquiry" page for inquiry.

(2) According to the Regulations on the Management of Putonghua Proficiency Test (Order No.51of the Ministry of Education), the certificate of Putonghua Proficiency Test is divided into paper certificate and electronic certificate, both of which have the same effect. Paper certificates are uniformly printed by the language and writing department of the State Council within/0/5 working days after the results are published, sent to the Putonghua Training and Testing Center of Qinghai Province, and then collected and distributed to candidates by the testing station; E-cert can be obtained on the "National Government Service Platform" and added to personal e-cert about one week after the results are announced. If the paper certificate is lost, it will not be reissued. Candidates can check the exam results through the "National Government Service Platform", and the query results have the same effect as paper certificates.

Matters needing attention about intransitive verbs

(a) candidates with the original ID card and admission ticket to take the exam. Announce the admission ticket 3 days before the exam. Candidates must log in to the "registration system" 3 days before the exam to inquire about printing, and inquire about the specific registration time and the latest requirements for epidemic prevention and control at the test center.

(2) Candidates should consciously abide by the discipline of the examination room and obey the management of the staff. It is forbidden to use mobile phones, carry materials, read manuscripts and * during preparation and examination. Offenders are punished as cheating and are prohibited from taking the examination. Those who violate the examination discipline or disobey the arrangement of the examination staff will be disqualified.

(3) Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate is divided into paper certificate and electronic certificate, both of which have the same effect. Paper certificates are uniformly printed by the language and writing departments of the State Council. If paper certificate is lost, it will not be reissued. You can query the test results through the national government service platform, and the query results have the same effect as the certificate.

Seven, epidemic prevention and control requirements

Candidates should consciously abide by the relevant epidemic prevention requirements and local personnel control policies. Anyone who conceals or lies about the key information of epidemic prevention and control, such as residence history, contact history and health status, and does not cooperate with the staff to carry out epidemic prevention testing and inquiry, resulting in adverse consequences, will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

(1) Those who belong to the following categories are not allowed to participate: those who have lived in high-and medium-risk areas within 10 days before the exam; Persons who come (return) to Jade from local cities with epidemic reports within 7 days; Entry (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) personnel in quarantine period and health monitoring period and their close contacts; Confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons discharged from hospital during health monitoring; Secret and sub-secret personnel who have not been deregulated; People with fever, fatigue, cough, expectoration, sore throat, diarrhea, vomiting, decreased sense of smell or taste.

(2) All candidates should cooperate with the epidemic prevention inspection. Before entering the examination room, they must provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before the examination (paper version or electronic version is acceptable). Only when the code and travel itinerary code are "green code" and their body temperature is normal can they take the examination.

(3) As the epidemic situation may change at any time, the requirements for prevention and control will also change. Candidates are requested to pay close attention to the "Registration System"-"Help Center"-"Announcement of Test Sites" before the test, and check and print the admission ticket on time.

(4) Candidates should plan the travel time and route in advance, prepare masks (using disposable medical masks or surgical masks) in advance, and do a good job in personal safety protection. Report to the test center in strict accordance with the registration time on the admission ticket.

(5) Candidates must go in and out in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the staff, and must not be crowded, keeping the distance between people above 1 meter.

(6) Candidates are required to wear masks correctly in all other links except taking off masks during identity verification.

Our testing station has never entrusted any third party to participate in the registration, training and testing of Putonghua. Please don't believe the registration provided by any intermediary and the rumors such as "internal quota" and "guaranteed exam" to avoid being deceived.
