Can recruits go out on National Day?

National Day troops will have a holiday like other places. Recruits can go out, but there is a proportion limit (usually one tenth). They need to write a leave note, which can only be approved by the monitor, the duty officer and the company commander step by step. Two or more people travel together, led by the monitor. The time is usually about 2 hours. For example, in an emergency, the card is strict, the proportion and time will be compressed, and even you will not go out (but this is a special case).
