Whether someone else will receive SMS notification when transferring money to you has nothing to do with whether you bind your mobile phone number. As long as one of the following conditions is met, you will receive SMS notification:

1. When you activate the SMS reminder function of balance change, you will receive SMS notification;

2. If the remitter transfers money through online banking, there is an option on the transfer page to notify the payee by SMS and fill in the payee's phone number. If selected, you will receive SMS notification.

3. If you transfer money at the counter, you can choose to notify the payee by SMS when filling out the form, and there will be SMS notification.
