What if Samsung mobile phone can't make calls but can answer and receive messages?

Check whether the caller ID limit/caller ID is set to the default value. Go to the phone menu-Settings-Network Service-Call Number-and select Default.

Check telephone line 2. Only when the telephone line is 1 can the calling function of the network provider be supported, and when the telephone line is 2, the calling function is not supported. The phone screen prompts the number 2, please enter the phone book-local phone number-change line-select line1; If the phone doesn't support line changing, it is recommended to replace it with another phone.

Check the SIM card to set the maximum telephone bill limit. Please enter the call record-call fee-charge to zero and cancel. Note: To cancel this function, you need to enter the PIN code, which is provided by the network operator.

Check the call barring settings. Please go to Call Settings-Voice Call-Cancel Call Restrictions on your mobile phone.

Note: The call barring function requires network support. If you cancel this function, you will be prompted to enter the password provided by the network operator.

If you can't answer the phone or make a phone call, the solution is:

Check whether the phone is in offline mode. The phone is in offline mode. Cancel the offline mode setting of the mobile phone.

The phone is not in offline mode. Change the calling card or change the network time.
