Use a network terminal (mobile phone, PC, tablet) to connect to the CMCC network and open a browser to connect to the CMCC login page

After logging in, click the account management button to enter the CMCC network account Management page

Click Modify Password and Reset in the sidebar, enter the old password and new password and click OK.

Dial 10086 and press 0 for manual customer service. A text message with the content of "czwlanmm" (reset wlan password) will be sent to your mobile phone and the content of this text message will be forwarded to your mobile phone. (Both upper and lower case are acceptable) to 10086, China Mobile will automatically send the reset password to your mobile phone

Note: The manual station cannot change your wlan password directly, it can only be changed through SMS.
