The mobile phone can't connect to the data network or can't surf the Internet after connecting. I suggest you:

1. Ensure that the mobile phone is not in arrears and the current signal is good.

2. Check whether the data network logo on the upper right is normal, and the networks above H+, 4G, 4G+ and 5G are relatively good;
