What are the conditions for the subscription of the New Third Board?

Subscribers of the New Third Board must open the trading authority of the selected layer of the New Third Board, which can be used by investors of Class I, Class II and Class III. If this permission is not enabled, it can be enabled online. The selected layer will be made new in full for the time being, and then it may choose the opportunity to launch the deposit as a gold mine, without the need for new market value.

Natural person investors also need to meet these two conditions:

1, the daily average 1 ten thousand yuan or more (inclusive), and the assets of at least three days in the previous 10 trading day are not lower than the requirements of assets of the corresponding level;

2. Have more than 2 years experience in securities, funds and futures investment, or more than 2 years experience in financial product design, investment, risk management and related work, or serve as a senior manager in financial institutions such as securities companies, futures companies, banks and trusts.

The subscription of the New Third Board adopts the method of full capital subscription, and the subscription funds need to be paid in full. Therefore, before subscription, the full subscription funds should be reserved in the fund account. The same new share can only be subscribed once.
