Illegal parking, no ticket, SMS notification

1. If there is a fine record on the ticket,/kloc-pay the fine within 0/5 days: after receiving the traffic violation notice, it means 15 days. This 15 day is counted from the date when the traffic department issues the notice, and if it exceeds 15 day, a late fee will be paid.

2. If the traffic department fails to pay the fine within 15 days from the date of issuing the notice, it will pay the late payment fee from 16.

3. Late payment fee: the ticket will be issued within 15 days, and the penalty of 3% will be calculated from 16 days. According to the law, the overdue fine for traffic violations shall not exceed the principal of the fine. If 200 yuan is fined, the overdue fine will be postponed to 200 yuan.
