Users who apply for binding through the above channels can enter "My Power Consumption" >; "personal center" > click the+sign, and select two items from the information such as mobile phone number, user number, ID number reserved in power supply enterprise, 6 digits after withholding bank account, 6 digits after business license number and 6 digits after organization code for verification and binding.

2. If you are a card prepaid watt-hour meter user, please put the power purchase card on the power purchase card holder for about 60 seconds after the power purchase is completed. When the power purchase balance shows that the recharge is successful or the voice prompts that the recharge is successful.
