Contents of the tour guide qualification examination

Tour guides are divided by language: Mandarin tour guides, foreign language tour guides (English, French, Korean, Japanese, Russian, German, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian? Wait).

First, the comprehensive knowledge of tour guides (written test)

The main contents are as follows:

(1) Subject 1: Policies, Laws and Regulations

(2) Subject 2: Tour guide business

(3) Subject 3: Basic knowledge of national tour guides

(4) Subject 4: Basic knowledge of local tour guides

Second, the tour guide service ability (oral test)

In the written tour guide test, all candidates should answer in Chinese.

There is a difference in oral examination. For example, I took an English tour guide exam, so I explained the tour guide's words and answered questions in English during the oral exam (all in English). If you apply for Mandarin, you can explain it in Mandarin.
