"Regulations for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety" Article 63 When a motor vehicle temporarily parks on a road, it shall abide by the following provisions: (1) Parking is prohibited on sections without parking signs, motor vehicle lanes, sections with isolation facilities between non-motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks, crosswalks and construction sections; (2) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations; (three) in front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and on the road within 30 meters from the above places, no parking is allowed except using the above facilities; (four) before the vehicle has stopped, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off people, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians; (5) Roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road. Drivers are not allowed to leave the car. Leave immediately after getting on or off or loading and unloading goods. (6) City buses are not allowed to stop on the road outside the station to get on and off passengers.
