How to back up and restore mobile phone address book with mobile QQ

1, open the mobile QQ and enter the address book, as shown below.

2. Select Enable Address Book, as shown below.

3. Verify your mobile phone number, as shown below.

4. Enter the verification code as shown below

5. Allow QQ to access your address book, as shown below.

6. Then you can choose to back up and restore the phone address book, as shown below.

7. If you want to back up your phone address book, select Backup, as shown below.

8. Wait a few seconds to complete the backup, as shown below.

9. If you change your mobile phone, you can log in to QQ with your new mobile phone, enter the address book and select Resume, and then select Resume to dial 1, as shown below.
