1. Entry personnel: those who enter through the port of our province will be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days. After the medical observation of centralized isolation is released, the inbound personnel whose destination is Fuzhou will continue to be monitored at home for 3 days after picking up the plane at the destination point-to-point: outside Fuzhou, the vehicles will be returned point-to-point and they are not allowed to stay in Fuzhou. Nucleic acid detection was carried out at the time of entry and the first 1, second, third, fifth and seventh days of centralized isolation, in which human, material and environmental samples were collected at the same time on the seventh day, and the centralized isolation medical observation could be lifted only if the test results were negative. On the third day of family health monitoring, the nucleic acid test will be carried out, and the test result will be negative before the family health monitoring can be lifted. Those who have been quarantined in Fujian for seven days and returned to Fuzhou within 10 days after entry still need to carry out home health monitoring until 10 days, and conduct a nucleic acid test before releasing home health monitoring.

2. Persons who enter (return to) Ficus microcarpa in high-risk areas: medical observation is concentrated and isolated for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection is carried out on days 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 of medical observation, and medical observation is terminated when the test result is negative. The management period starts from leaving the risk area.

3. Persons who enter (return to) the banyan tree in the middle risk area: medical observation at home for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection on the first 1, 4th and 7th days of medical observation, and medical observation can only be terminated if the test result is negative. Do not meet the conditions of home isolation medical observation, the need for centralized isolation medical observation. The management period starts from leaving the risk area.

4. Persons who enter (return to) the banyan tree in other areas (low-risk areas) in the county (city, district, banner) where the middle and high-risk areas are located: those who enter (return to) the banyan tree with negative nucleic acid certificates within 48 hours, complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days after entering the banyan tree, and do a good job in health monitoring. Only when the test results are negative can they be released.

5. Persons who enter (return to) banyan trees in land border port cities outside the province (except those connected with Hong Kong and Macao ports): those who enter (return to) banyan trees with negative nucleic acid certificates within 48 hours.

Six, designated hospitals, centralized isolation points, imported cold chain food practitioners and other personnel engaged in closed-loop management of high-risk positions: after leaving office, they need to be observed at home for 7 days in centralized or isolated medicine, during which they will be tested for nucleic acid at 1, 4 and 7 respectively. Before going out, you should report to the local community, village (neighborhood) committee or unit, you must leave your post for more than 7 days, and travel in an orderly manner with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours.

Seven, other areas into (back) banyan personnel: health code green code, normal body temperature, under the premise of personal protection can be orderly flow in our city.
