(5) Having the ability to verify true identity information and protect users' personal information, the ability to provide long-term services and a sound service exit mechanism;

(6) Having a sound management system for domain name registration services and a supervision mechanism for domain name registration services;

(seven) other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
