3. Recruitment Methods

2. Written test.

3. Interview.

(2) Qualification review: Before the interview, the recruitment leading group of each town will conduct an on-site review to see whether the interview candidates meet the recruitment conditions. Those who do not meet the qualifications will be disqualified from the interview. (3) Organize interviews: Interviews will be organized by the recruitment leadership group of each town. Use structured interviews. The interview questions are set by the "XX Town Recruitment Leading Group" and mainly test the candidates' comprehensive analysis, logical thinking, on-the-spot response, and language expression. The full score is 100 points, and the scores are rounded to 3 decimal places.

4. Calculation method of total score.

Total exam score = written test score , the ranking will be determined according to the order of the interview chief judge's score. The passing score line for the total score is determined by the "XX Town Recruitment Leading Group" based on the overall performance of the candidates. Those with unqualified overall scores cannot enter the physical examination.

5. Physical examination and political examination.

(1) Physical examination: Candidates who pass the overall score will be listed in order from high to low in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of people in the recruitment position. The physical examination fees will be borne by the applicants themselves. The standards are implemented with reference to the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel by Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)".

(2) Political review: Those who have passed the physical examination are determined to be candidates for political review. The political review must submit a family planning verification certificate, an original certificate of no illegal and criminal records issued by the police station where the household registration is located, and the "Planned Employment of Town-Level Veterans Service" Station Service Personnel Political Review Form" and other information. 6. Public announcement.

Proposed candidates who have passed the physical examination and political review will be announced in accordance with relevant regulations for seven working days. If there are no objections after the announcement, the town recruitment leading group will review and make a decision on application.

IV. Publicity and Recruitment

Those who pass the physical examination and political review will be determined as candidates for employment. The list of candidates will be publicized at the retired military service station in each town for seven working days. After announcing that there is no objection, the employment procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. A three-year labor contract is signed, with a probation period of two months. If the employee is unable to perform the job during the probation period, the contract will be terminated. When the contract expires, the retired military service station in each town can terminate or renew the contract according to work needs.

5. Benefits

The salary and benefits for the staff of the town-level retired military service station consist of basic salary (2050 yuan/month), performance salary and allowances and subsidies, etc., and those who pass the year-end assessment, etc. For more than three times, a one-time performance bonus (2,400 yuan) will be issued; students will be required to participate in basic pension, basic medical, work-related injury, unemployment and other social insurances as required, and will be responsible for their own food and accommodation.
