People who are notified to file a case will not receive a short message from a private mobile phone. After filing the case, the court will notify both parties in writing that the case has been filed, and send the plaintiff's indictment to the defendant so that the defendant can respond to the lawsuit and inform the court time so that both parties can appear in court. Note that this kind of notice is written, not verbal, nor is it to call or send a message.

Public security organs filing procedures:

2. Only criminal cases are filed for investigation, and civil disputes and public security cases are generally only saved at the end of the case.
