Measures for scoring traffic violations of motor vehicle drivers

Article 5 One-time scoring scores are divided into five categories according to the severity of violations: 12, 6, 3, 2 and 1.

Article 6 If a motor vehicle driver commits one of the following illegal acts, one score will be 12:

(1) Driving a motor vehicle after being drunk;

(2) Giving a motor vehicle to a person without a driver's license to drive;

(3) Motor vehicles in driving without a license;

(4) misappropriating or lending a motor vehicle driver's license;

(5) Altering, forging or falsely claiming a motor vehicle license plate or driver's license or using an expired motor vehicle license plate or driver's license;

(six) driving a motor vehicle prohibited from entering the expressway to enter the expressway;

(seven) reversing, retrograde or crossing the central median to turn around and turn on the expressway;

(8) Failing to stop on the expressway as required;

(9) Failing to use lights and set warning signs in accordance with regulations after an accident on the expressway.

Seventh motor vehicle drivers have one of the following illegal acts, a record of 6 points:

(1) Failing to stop or move the vehicle immediately as required, causing serious traffic jams;

(2) Driving in the reverse direction;

(3) driving a vehicle after drinking alcohol;

(four) driving through and beyond the motorcade escorted by police cars;

(five) driving a vehicle that does not conform to the driver's license;

(six) when driving down a steep slope, stall and slide in neutral;

(seven) not driving or parking at the railway crossing;

(eight) more than 20% of the approved number of passenger cars;

(nine) carrying more than the approved number of passengers on the expressway;

(ten) on the highway, the goods on board exceed the approved load quality by more than 30%;

(eleven) failing to overtake or change lanes on the expressway;

(twelve) driving a vehicle with steering gear, brakes, lighting devices and other components that do not meet the safety requirements on the expressway;

(thirteen) carrying dangerous goods on the highway without approval or driving in violation of regulations.
