Why does 10086 often send me some short messages?

10086 sends the message of keeping your mobile phone number safely to remind users not to disclose their mobile phone number and verification code to fraudulent calls. It is recommended to download the National Anti-Fraud Center. As long as you install this software, you can filter out most fraudulent phone calls and text messages.
