How to return the train ticket?

3. If the train ticket refund time is 24-48 hours before departure, 10% of the face price of the train ticket will be deducted as the refund fee.

4. If the ticket is refunded within 24 hours before driving, 20% of the train ticket price will be charged as a handling fee.

5. Refund tickets between 48 hours and 8 days before departure, change other trains more than 8 days before departure, and refund tickets 8 days before departure, and charge 5% of the face price as a refund fee.

6. If the departure time of the train is less than 2 hours, you can't apply for a refund, and you can only change other trains on the same day.

According to Article 48 of the Regulations on Railway Passenger Transport, when a passenger requests a refund, it shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions and a refund fee shall be charged:

1. Passengers must refund their tickets at the ticket purchasing station or ticket issuing station.

2. Before the departure station starts driving, under special circumstances, all the fares can be refunded within 2 hours after driving. Group travelers must apply 48 hours before driving.

3. Passengers can't refund their tickets after they start to travel. However, if you can't continue to travel due to injury, you can refund the difference between the received fare and the already-traveled interval fare after confirmation by the station and the bus. When the passenger interval is less than the minimum mileage, it shall be calculated according to the minimum mileage; The same is true of peers.

4. To return a stamped ticket, you must go through the formalities of baggage change first.

5. Tickets changed within 2 hours after driving with the consent of the stationmaster due to special circumstances are not refundable.

6. Platform tickets cannot be refunded.

The methods for refunding suburban tickets, fixed tickets and fixed tickets shall be determined by railway transport enterprises. When necessary, the railway transport enterprise may temporarily adjust the refund method.
