(2) Reservation for withdrawal by mobile banking: You can also make an appointment for withdrawal without a card through mobile banking to obtain the reservation code. On the same day, you can complete the card-free cash withdrawal transaction on our ATM with the reservation code and transaction password. At the same time, you can query and cancel the reservation on your mobile phone.

Our mobile banking client supports scanning other banks' ATM QR codes for cash withdrawal: Upon confirmation with UnionPay, the banks that are currently online for cross-bank cash withdrawal are: Agricultural Bank of China, Guangfa, China Everbright, Ping An, Guangzhou Bank, Suzhou Bank, Xi 'an Bank, Lanzhou Bank, Guangdong Huaxing Bank and Zhongyuan Bank. Whether the ATM machines of the above banks can support cross-bank code scanning cash withdrawal depends on the machines of the other bank. If in doubt, please consult the customer service hotline of the other bank.
