The handling of vehicle violations for installment payment is as follows:

1. Prepare materials. 2. Go to the vehicle management office. After preparing the materials, go to the vehicle management office to check whether it is really a violation, look at the photos, and then fill out the confirmation form.

3. Pay the fine. Take the confirmation letter and go to the bank designated by the DMV to pay the fine. You can go to any branch of the designated bank. This can usually be done at an ATM.

4. If you violate the regulations in other places, it is a troublesome matter. Generally, you have to deal with the violation at the traffic police team or vehicle management office in the place where the violation occurred. If you deal with it in another place, there are two ways. One is to handle it yourself. This method is more troublesome. The other is to ask a friend to handle it. If you ask someone to handle it, you have to send your own information.

Violation processing requires a driver’s license in person. If you must sign in person, you must be present with your driver's license and show your ID card.

Bring the driving license of the illegal vehicle and the driving license of the violator. If it is an electronic violation, if you do not go to the bank to pay the fine after 15 days after going to the traffic team to handle it, you will be charged a late fee, but the maximum late fee will not exceed principal. If it is an on-site violation, that is, the traffic police issues a ticket on the spot, if you do not go to the bank to pay the fine 15 days from the date of issuance of the ticket, late payment fees will also begin to accrue.
