Why can't Huawei x4 receive MMS pictures?

Unable to receive MMS service for the following reasons:

1. The mobile phone does not support the MMS function or the MMS parameters are set incorrectly;

2. This number cannot access the Internet;

3. The time when the mobile phone is turned off or not in the service area has exceeded the time limit for issuing mobile phone newspapers;

4. The content of MMS is too large or the format does not match: the size of each MMS is limited to 100K, and the common formats are pictures: jpg, gif and bmp, sounds: midi, mp3, wav, and texts: txt；;

5. Due to the influence of network and rush hour, there may be some time delay in receiving MMS, or information may be lost. If the delivery time is more than 2 hours and you haven't received the service, please contact the local manual customer service for details.
