Although you are not a cadre, the leader wants to ask that your work is directly related to you.

For example, where are the tools, or are the documents ready? This information does not require you to spend time or go to the company. All you have to do is make it clear, that is, don't take up your off-duty time. This information must be answered.

If it is convenient for you to answer, or if you are willing to answer, you can say. If it is inconvenient for you or you don't want to answer, you don't have to answer. Explain afterwards that you're sorry. Yesterday, the child didn't pay attention to the information when playing with his mobile phone, or his mobile phone was dead.

Reply ≠ Do it right away.

In today's workplace, especially in the Internet industry, it is already standard to reply to information after work. Of course, you can also tell the boss directly that I'm off work and don't bother me. But smart employees will never let the boss be at a loss. You can say that you received it or deal with it tomorrow.
