The third is to strengthen passenger flow control. If the passenger flow further increases, Guangzhou Metro will start three-level passenger flow control to reduce the crowd gathering at the station. Guangzhou Metro Group strictly implements the four requirements of the Guide to the Prevention and Control of Metro Rail Transit issued by the Epidemic Prevention and Control Group of the Provincial Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters Office.

The first is to strengthen the health protection of employees. According to the method of "one account per person", the travel track and health status of employees, their families and the staff of cooperative units have been comprehensively found out, and the investigation of close contacts of more than 30,000 employees (including holding companies) and more than 80,000 family members has been completed. Employees need to take their temperature and wear masks. Employees in sensitive positions wear protective glasses, and security inspectors responsible for temperature measurement also wear gloves.

The second is to take corresponding prevention and control measures for passengers. From June 22, 65438 to1October 22, Guangzhou Metro began to measure the temperature of passengers entering the station online, and on the 26th, passengers were required to wear masks. The public security and health departments jointly set up joint checkpoints at the three hub subway stations of Airport North, Railway Station and Guangzhou South Station to give full play to the advantages of all parties, respond in time and deal with them quickly. At the same time, to strengthen the publicity and guidance for passengers, Guangzhou Metro plays 12 prevention and control propaganda videos on 25,000 TV screens in stations and carriages of the whole line according to the frequency of "rolling every 3 minutes", and 700 light boxes in stations publish prevention and control propaganda pictures, and warning placards are placed at security checkpoints. The third is to strengthen the sanitation and disinfection of subway stations, vehicles and facilities. Strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of station equipment, facilities, trains and tunnels every day, and ensure the frequency of circular cleaning and disinfection of 30 key stations 5 times a day and other stations 4 times a day. After the daily operation, each station will be disinfected again. After each train runs to the terminal, the vehicles are cleaned and disinfected by the return time of the train, and after the daily operation, the trains returning to the warehouse are comprehensively cleaned and disinfected. In view of the frequency with which many citizens are concerned about the conveyor belt of the security inspection machine transporting a large number of passengers' luggage every day, Guangzhou Metro responded that the conveyor belt of the security inspection machine in the subway station should be cleaned every three hours, and passengers should be cleaned immediately if they have a fever. The fourth is to strengthen the ventilation of subway stations, trains and interval tunnels. All the trains and stations in the network are operated in brand-new wind mode, and the tunnels are opened for ventilation for 30 minutes at 0:00-2:00 and 4:00-5:00 every day before operation.
