I. Purpose of replanting

Scientific, standardized, safe and orderly vaccination against DTP can reduce the risk of pertussis and tetanus and effectively protect children's health.

The inoculation entity shall, according to the diagnosis and registration form of pertussis vaccine, notify the child guardian by using routine immunization services (such as appointment form, telephone, SMS, WeChat, etc.). ), including the name, function, time, place and related requirements of the vaccine, and make a good record of the notification and registration form.

(5) Vaccine replanting

Before replanting, vaccinators should verify the detailed information of children who should be replanted again and check the previous vaccination records of DTP. At the same time, ask about the child's health status and tell him about replanting. Specific precautions are as follows:

1. Those who belong to the vaccination contraindication will not be vaccinated with DTP vaccine, nor will they be vaccinated with subsequent doses of DTP vaccine.

2. If the seeds are delayed due to other diseases, replant them as appropriate after the recipients recover and their body temperature is normal.

3. Those who are cautious and have doubts about the health status of the recipients should be advised to go to the hospital for examination before deciding whether to vaccinate.

4. Strictly regulate the inoculation operation. Observe for 30 minutes after inoculation.

5. Arrange inoculation personnel and replanting time reasonably, ensure orderly field management of replanting, and prevent inoculation errors.

(6) Inoculation record

The vaccination unit shall record/input the vaccination information of the reseeding object in the child vaccination certificate card (book)/child vaccination case information system in time.

Seven, monitoring and handling of suspected abnormal reaction to vaccination.

In accordance with the requirements of the National Monitoring Program for Suspected Adverse Reactions to Vaccination, the monitoring of suspected adverse reactions to vaccination was carried out.

Suspected abnormal reactions to vaccination should be reported through the AEFI monitoring module of the national immunization planning information management system, and "Other" should be selected in the "Table of Vaccination Institutions" option.

For suspected abnormal reactions to vaccination, the disease control institutions shall assist the health and family planning administrative departments to properly handle the investigation, diagnosis, identification and compensation of abnormal reactions.
