1. It is free for the client to send instant messages, whether it is a mobile phone client or a PC client.

2. Using the mobile phone client only charges the traffic fee. Please consult your local mobile company for the fee standard.

3. No matter what kind of client, you can freely use the communication between clients.

4. Send SMS from the mobile phone to the client to charge the ordinary SMS fee.

5. After the Fetion service is opened, if your client is online, it will accept the message in the form of a client (unless the other party chooses to send SMS). When it is offline, messages sent to Fetion will be converted into short messages.

6. If your friend can't receive the short message sent by Fetion, you can check the format of sending the short message. Some mobile phones may not be able to receive long SMS mode.
