How to unfreeze QQ

1, open the browser.

2. Enter the URL "aq.qq.com" of QQ Security Center in the browser address bar, and press Enter to enter the URL.

3. Find "Account Unsealing" on the QQ Security Center webpage, and click to enter the Unsealing page.

4. After entering the account unsealing page, enter the account that cannot be logged in, and click Next.

5. After that, you will see the information of the frozen QQ. Such as freezing time, QQ number, freezing reason, status and so on.

6. Display the QQ automatic unsealing time in the "Status" column. You can also unfreeze it by changing the password. Click "Modify Password to Unfreeze" here.

7. In the pop-up page, click "Click to start verification" to pop up the verification box, and click "OK" after verification.

8. Then a page will pop up to confirm your identity. On this page, enter the password mobile phone number when prompted, and then click OK.

9. Then click "Get verification code for free" in the pop-up page, enter the SMS verification code obtained by the secret mobile phone in the verification code box, and click "OK".

10. After the SMS is verified successfully, the page of resetting the new password will pop up. Enter the new password that you want to set twice, and then click OK.
