Apple 6 handwriting can turn on full-screen handwriting, just turn on full-screen handwriting in the input method.

Open the sogou input method.

Open the sogou input method anywhere on the mobile phone, and click the "function icon" on the right in the main interface of the input method.

Open the handwritten keyboard

Then click "Handwriting Keyboard" on the new page that pops up to start using the handwriting function.
