First of all, the applicant should apply to the residence points acceptance window within the acceptance time, and submit the residence permit, Hangzhou residence permit points management application form and other related materials.

After the application materials are preliminarily reviewed in the points acceptance window and entered into the points management system, they will be reviewed by the relevant departments (administrative committees) at the district level, and the relevant departments will complete the review and feedback within 15 working days.

After that, the floating population office of the district (administrative Committee) will verify the points according to the "Hangzhou Residence Permit Points Management Index System (Trial)". After the points are approved, the points management system will inform the applicant of the points through SMS and other forms.

If you don't receive the SMS, the applicant can also check his points in the point acceptance window 20 working days after the point application is accepted, or with a residence permit.

In order to embody the principle of openness and fairness, applicants' points should be ranked and publicized. If the points are the same, the mayor's household registration is preferred; If the residence time is the same, the person with high social security score is preferred; If the social security score is the same, the one with higher basic score shall be the first.

The publicity time is generally 7 days, and there is no objection to the publicity.

During the application for points, if the application function of the applicant's residence permit is terminated, the points will be permanently invalid; If the use function of residence permit is suspended, the points will be temporarily invalid until the use function of residence permit is restored and the points will take effect again.
