I can't get short messages in Taiwan Province province.

Your number can't receive SMS for the following reasons:

1. Your number is currently in an abnormal opening state, such as stopping and reporting the loss. I suggest you open the number and try again.

2. Your mobile phone has put the short message into the trash can, or the mobile phone security software has intercepted the short message. You can look in the SMS trash can or where the software has been blocked.

3. Your mobile phone receives short messages abnormally. I suggest you change your mobile phone for the test.

4. if it can't be solved, you can log in to the mobile phone business hall and click "service" > "customer service" > "my customer service" to change to manual, contact online customer service and give feedback.
