Why can't I add my contacts to the received SMS, Samsung mobile phone?

If you need to add a new contact, you can follow these steps:

Method 1:

1. Under the standby page, click Contacts.

2. Click the Add Contact icon.

3. Enter the relevant information of the contact person.

4. If the contact you want to save has two or more phones, you can click the+icon on the right to add other phone numbers.

5. Click Save.

Note: If the newly created contact is saved in the mobile phone, multiple phone numbers can be saved in one contact name. If saved in the SIM card, only one phone number can be saved.

Method 2:

1. Under the standby page, click on the mobile phone.

2. Enter a phone number and click Add to Contacts.

3. Click the new contact.

4. Enter the relevant information of the contact person.

5. If the contact you want to save has two or more phones, please click the+icon on the right to add other phone numbers.

6. Click Save.
