The second step: do customer back-adjustment or credit investigation to judge whether the customer has repayment ability and evaluate repayment willingness;

Step 3: through friendly negotiation, you can give preferential treatment or choose to repay by installments, but you need to sign a repayment agreement and ask the other party to repay part of the arrears as soon as possible to show sincerity;

Step 4: If you can't recover the arrears after more than 3 months, you should entrust a third-party agency to urge the global intervention mediation as soon as possible. As for whether it can be solved through litigation, we can make a comprehensive evaluation and listen to the opinions of the third party.
