(2) The employer fails to pay the medical insurance premium on time, but pays the arrears within 3 months;

(3) due to non-unit or individual reasons (such as banks, local taxes, social insurance agencies, etc.). ), the collection failed, but the arrears have been paid;

(4) Incorrect, missing or discontinuous collection ledger information leads to system freezing, such as missing government subsidy ledger, cutting off or overlapping with on-the-job payment ledger, or retirees paying transitional payments in one lump sum, but there is only one collection ledger information for local taxes.

(5) According to Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law, the medical insurance premium has been paid in accordance with the supplementary payment rules, and the medical insurance benefits for the corresponding month can be paid;

(6) The insured has reached the statutory retirement age, paid the employee medical insurance payment period (120 or 180 months), but cannot enjoy the treatment normally due to the system or the agency;

(7) Insured persons who started withholding medical insurance premiums from the unemployment fund before June 2065438+2005 need to start to enjoy medical insurance benefits the next month after receiving unemployment benefits; 2065438+After July 2005, the insured who began to withhold and remit medical insurance premiums from the unemployment fund need to open medical insurance benefits in the next month after unemployment if they had a continuous on-the-job payment account before unemployment.
