Is there a plug-in for iOS9 to intercept harassing calls?

IOS 9 does not support harassment interception for the time being. Please upgrade your system to the official version of iOS 10 to support the harassment blocking function. Because of the system limitation of iOS, you don't support SMS interception function for the time being. The harassment interception function can be turned on as follows:

After downloading Tencent Mobile Manager, please go to System Settings > Telephone > Call Interception and Identification, and open the corresponding number package, such as Tencent Mobile Manager-Core Package.

Then, please open Tencent's mobile phone housekeeper App, enter the "harassment interception" function, follow the prompts to choose your permanent residence, and click the download number library to use the "harassment interception" function normally.
