Why didn't the Bank of Communications send a short message after redeeming the money?

Network delay, wrong personal phone setting, abnormal SMS function, not a local number.

1. There is a delay in the online banking payment network, and the server cannot send short messages normally.

2. Personal mobile phone settings are wrong, which makes it impossible to receive short messages.

3. SMS function is abnormal, or overdue, or frozen.

4. The mobile phone number bound by the bank is not a local phone number, or the mobile phone number bound by the bank has been changed.
