Two ways to return the issued train tickets.

There are two ways to refund the issued train ticket:

1. Refund method for ticket purchase at the station: by presenting the ticket and the original valid identity certificate used when purchasing the ticket; If you can't show your original valid ID card, you should go through the refund formalities after receiving the temporary id card at the railway police ID card making port at the station.

2. Refund method of online ticket purchase: If you haven't picked up the ticket, you can log in to the website where you bought the ticket within two hours before departure, find the trains and passengers that need to be refunded in the column where you haven't traveled, and then click Apply for Refund. If the ticket has been taken out, you need to refund it at a nearby station, which can't exceed two hours.
