If you set a reminder notice, but you can't receive the notification message, this may be caused by the following situations:

1. There are two sending methods for users to choose from. The default setting is 9: 00 to 22: 00, so users will not receive reminder messages outside this time period.

2. Each user can receive at most 100 notification messages every month. After this number is exceeded, you will not receive reminder messages this month;

3. The notification of friends visiting will not be repeated within half an hour, that is, if the friends concerned by the user visit again within half an hour, the system will not send a notification message to the user again.

In addition, if the system is too busy, some updated reminder information may be lost due to network anomalies. Please forgive the inconvenience caused.
